The Company provides AI-powered product photography services. The scope of the service may include product photo production, detail image production, fitting image production, and related operational support.

2. User Obligations

• Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the service.
• Users must not upload or submit materials that infringe the rights of third parties.
• Users must not engage in activities that interfere with the operation of the service.

3. Copyright and Other Rights

Rights to original materials submitted by a user remain with the user or the lawful rights holder. The Company may use those materials only to the extent necessary to provide and improve the quality of the service.

4. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the service when necessary for operational or technical reasons. The Company will provide advance notice of material changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability may be limited for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, failures of external services, or causes attributable to the user.
